Reload bonus casinos in Estonia 2026: offers for players who keep depositing
A reload bonus is extra money or free spins a casino adds to a deposit after your first one. The welcome offer is a one-time deal for new accounts. Weekly reloads, weekend deals, loyalty points and tournaments are what you get once you stay. We went through our reviews of 35 EMTA-licensed casinos and kept the ten whose review data names an ongoing promotion, a loyalty or VIP programme, tournaments or recurring cashback.
For regular players our picks are TonyBet, Golden Star and Winz. TonyBet has operated since 2009 and runs a VIP loyalty programme designed around repeat play. Golden Star combines regular promotions, tournaments and VIP rewards with a lobby of more than 6,500 games, and Winz pairs its VIP and loyalty programme with account-free login. Few casinos publish a fixed reload percentage we could verify, so the table shows the type of ongoing offer each one runs. The current figure is on the casino's promotions page.
Reload bonus casino comparison 2026
Casinos are sorted by review score, the same order as the cards above. The Ongoing promotions column comes from the strengths listed in each review. Welcome bonus, wagering, minimum deposit and payout speed sit alongside it because a returning player still starts with the first offer.
| Casino | Ongoing promotions | Welcome bonus | Wagering | Min. deposit | Withdrawal time |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Winz | VIP and loyalty programme | Up to €10,000 cash or 800 free spins | None | €20 | A few minutes |
| Slotbox | Loyalty programme | €1,000 + 100 free spins | x35 | €10 | Up to 24 hours |
| ReSpin | Ongoing cashback for daily play | Up to €300 cash + 100 free spins | None | €10 | A few minutes |
| Golden Star | Promotions, tournaments, VIP rewards | 100% up to €1,000 + 300 free spins | x40 | €10 | — |
| TonyBet | VIP loyalty programme | Up to €300 + 150 bonus spins | x50 | €10 | Up to 24 hours |
| Optibet | Promotions and prize campaigns | €500 bonus package | x30 | €5 | Up to 1 hour |
| 24Casino | Tournaments and promotions | 100% up to €500 + 150 free spins | x40 | €20 | A few minutes |
| Rooster Bet | VIP benefits and loyalty perks | Up to €5,000 in bonuses + 300 free spins | x40 | €20 | A few minutes |
| Shotz | Loyalty system with daily incentives | 100 cash free spins | None | €20 | A few minutes |
| Wisho | Daily cashback on losses | 350 free spins | x30 | €20 | A few minutes |
"None" in the wagering column means our review lists the welcome reward without a playthrough requirement. A dash means we hold no confirmed figure for that casino. These are the offers as of our last check, and casinos change their terms often, so confirm the details before you put money in.
How we rate casinos for reload and loyalty offers
A high overall score does not get a casino onto this page by itself. We look at what happens after the first deposit, using five checks.
An Estonian licence comes first
Each casino in the table operates under an EMTA licence (EMTA is Estonia's Tax and Customs Board). An offshore site may advertise a larger weekly reload, but it sits outside Estonian player protection and tax rules, so we leave it out regardless of the bonus size.
Proof of rewards for existing players
The review has to show something for returning players: a loyalty or VIP programme, regular tournaments, prize campaigns or recurring cashback. Ninja Casino tops our overall ranking at 97 points, yet its daily free spins are its welcome product, so it does not appear in this table.
Wagering and expiry
We treat x30 or less as fair, x40 as acceptable and x50 as heavy. Expiry counts too. Winz scores 96, but its review warns that some rewards and promotions expire quickly, which is worth knowing if you only log in at weekends.
Payout speed
Bonus winnings matter only when they reach your bank. Six of the ten casinos pay out in a few minutes according to our data, Optibet within an hour, and Slotbox and TonyBet within 24 hours. For Golden Star we have no verified payout time.
Cost of a qualifying deposit
If you top up every week, the minimum deposit decides how small a reload can be. Optibet accepts €5, four casinos start at €10, and the other five ask for €20.
Six casinos with ongoing promotions, reviewed
These six stand out for what they offer after sign-up: loyalty schemes, tournaments or prize campaigns. Each review below gives one clear strength and one weakness.
TonyBet: a VIP programme for regular players
TonyBet OÜ has operated the casino since 2009, the earliest founding year in this table. Its review credits a well-structured VIP loyalty programme for regular players, and the site covers slots, live casino and a sportsbook under one login. New players get up to €300 plus 150 bonus spins.
The catch is x50 wagering on that welcome offer, the steepest in our comparison, and the review notes that bonuses run smaller than at large international operators. TonyBet has no account-free mode, so you register in full. Withdrawals take up to 24 hours, with a €10 minimum. Read the review
Golden Star: tournaments and VIP rewards on a 6,500-game lobby
Befuria GO OÜ has operated Golden Star since 2012. Regular promotions, tournaments and VIP rewards all appear in its review, the widest set of returning-player offers in our data. The library holds more than 6,500 titles, and the first-deposit match is 100% up to €1,000, topped with 300 free spins at x40.
Players who like a clean layout may find the interface busy. Golden Star also requires registration, and we have no confirmed payout time for it, so look at the cashier page before counting on a quick withdrawal. You can deposit and cash out from a €10 minimum. Read the review
Optibet: prize campaigns and a €5 entry point
Optiwin OÜ launched Optibet in 2015. Its review lists regular promotions and prize campaigns among the strengths, and the review notes many high-RTP games in the catalogue. At €5, the minimum deposit is the lowest in this table, which helps if you reload in small amounts.
New players receive a €500 bonus package at x30. The downside is the lack of a Pay N Play or account-free mode, and the casino has no exclusive in-house games. Withdrawals arrive within an hour, and the minimum cash-out is €10. Read the review
24Casino: regular tournaments with fast payouts
24Casino opened in 2025 under Kingswin Online OÜ. Its review mentions regular tournaments and promotions and a strong live casino section. You can play without a traditional account, and withdrawals land within a few minutes.
Wagering is where it loses points. Its welcome deal (100% up to €500 plus 150 free spins) carries x40, and the review itself says the requirements are not the lowest on the market. You need €20 to deposit, sports betting is absent and crypto payments are missing. Read the review
Rooster Bet: VIP perks and a high welcome ceiling
Rooster Bet is the second 2025 launch from Kingswin Online OÜ in this table. The review lists VIP benefits and loyalty perks, and the welcome offer goes up to €5,000 in bonuses plus 300 free spins at x40. Payouts take a few minutes.
Bonus codes are sometimes a manual step at Rooster Bet, and on a site built around recurring offers a forgotten code can cost you a reload. Customer support is not available in Estonian. Both minimums, deposit and withdrawal, sit at €20. Read the review
Shotz: a loyalty system with daily incentives
Far Up Services Limited has run Shotz since 2023. The casino uses a personalised loyalty system with daily incentives, and its 100 cash free spins for newcomers carry no playthrough. Deposits and withdrawals are very quick, and payouts take a few minutes. Daily incentives fit players who log in briefly on most days better than those who deposit once a week.
Shotz takes only five payment methods (LHV, Luminor, SEB, Swedbank and Zimpler) and no crypto. The live casino lobby is also small. You need at least €20 to deposit or withdraw. Read the review
What a reload bonus is and who it's for
A reload works like a deposit bonus: the casino matches part of your deposit or adds free spins, and you play through the bonus before you can withdraw it. Timing is what separates the two. A welcome deposit bonus applies to your first deposit or first few, while a reload can return every week or every weekend for as long as you stay active.
Reloads suit players who already have a favourite casino and deposit on a regular schedule. If you move between sites chasing welcome offers, you will see few of them, because loyalty levels, VIP perks and personal reload offers grow with your play history at one casino. Our guide reload bonuses explained walks through a full offer from opt-in to withdrawal.
Reload vs welcome bonus vs cashback
All three appear in the same cashier, but they are paid at different moments and carry different conditions. The table compares the formats in general terms; each casino sets its own rules.
| Reload bonus | Welcome bonus | Cashback | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who can claim it | Existing players | New players only | Mostly existing players |
| When it is paid | On a later deposit, often on a schedule | On the first deposit or first few deposits | After a set period, based on net losses |
| Usual form | Deposit match or free spins | Deposit match, free spins or both | A share of losses as cash or bonus money |
| Wagering | Usually applies | Usually applies, sometimes none | Varies, sometimes none |
| Pays out in a winning week | Yes, the bonus is added up front | Yes, the bonus is added up front | No |
| Suits | Players who deposit regularly at one casino | Trying a new casino | Players who want losses softened |
A reload adds money before you play, so it lifts your stake and brings wagering with it. Cashback is paid after a losing period and gives nothing in a week you finish ahead. If you mostly want a cushion on bad weeks, our cashback casinos comparison is the better starting point.
Typical reload offers at Estonian casinos
Few promotions pages use the word "reload" for everything. These four formats are the ones we meet most often when reviewing casino promotions in Estonia.
Weekend reload
The weekend bonus casino offer is a deposit match that runs from Friday to Sunday. You opt in, deposit within the window and receive a percentage on top. Say the deal is 50% up to €50 and you deposit €40: you get €20 in bonus money, and with x30 on the bonus you would wager €600 before cashing out.
Weekly free spins
A weekly reload in spin form gives you a batch of free spins, often on one named slot and tied to a minimum deposit. Winnings from the spins usually land in your bonus balance with their own wagering. Some casinos skip the weekly rhythm altogether, and Ninja Casino's main offer is a daily spin allowance with x9 wagering.
VIP and loyalty programme
A loyalty bonus casino scheme awards points for real-money bets. Points unlock levels, and higher levels can bring personal reload offers, free spins or faster withdrawals. Winz, Slotbox, TonyBet and Rooster Bet list loyalty or VIP rewards in our reviews, while Winsly's review describes its VIP and loyalty side as unfinished. Our article on collecting and using loyalty points covers the mechanics.
Tournaments and prize campaigns
Tournaments rank players over a fixed period by wins, multipliers or amount wagered and pay prizes to the top places. Golden Star and 24Casino list regular tournaments, and Optibet runs prize campaigns. You enter with your normal play and need no extra deposit, though most of the prize pool usually goes to the top of the leaderboard.
Reload bonus terms to read before you opt in
Whether a reload is worth claiming depends on its terms. Check these six before you deposit:
- Wagering, and what it applies to. x30 on the bonus alone is manageable; on a 100% match, x30 on deposit plus bonus doubles the amount you have to play through.
- Expiry for both claiming the offer and finishing the wagering. Weekly promotions often give only a few days.
- The bet cap that applies until wagering is complete. Going over it can void the bonus and any winnings from it.
- Game contribution. Slots usually count in full, while live tables and blackjack often count for little or nothing.
- Opt-in steps and bonus codes. Some reloads only credit if you tick a box or enter a code before the deposit.
- The qualifying deposit and excluded payment methods. The minimum for a promotion can be higher than the casino's usual minimum deposit.
Take a screenshot of the offer page when you opt in. If the bonus does not show up, support will want to see which promotion you claimed and when.
How to keep track of promotions
Recurring casino promotions in Estonia change more often than welcome offers, and some last only a day or two. Subscribe to the newsletter of the one or two casinos you actually use and allow promotional messages from them. Many reload codes and weekend deals are sent by email or SMS and do not always appear on the public promotions page.
Open the promotions page before you deposit, since many reloads have to be activated first and a deposit made without opting in usually does not count. If you play on your phone, turn on promotion notifications in the browser or app where the casino supports them, and switch off the rest so the useful alerts stand out.
What to consider in 2026
Keep to casinos licensed by EMTA. Winnings are tax-free for Estonian residents when the operator holds an Estonian or EEA licence; money won at a site licensed elsewhere counts as income and is taxed at 22%. A generous reload at an unlicensed casino can lose that value at tax time.
Many Estonian-licensed casinos now work without a classic account. Your bank identity serves as your player profile, so loyalty points and reload offers still follow you between sessions. In our table Winz and 24Casino work this way; the full list is on the Pay N Play casinos page. Quick payouts are common among licensed brands, and since most players claim offers on a phone, test the opt-in button on mobile before you rely on a weekly deal.
Responsible gambling
Only adults of 21 or older may play at Estonian-licensed online casinos. Reloads and weekly offers exist to bring you back, so decide your monthly budget first and turn on deposit and loss limits in the casino's responsible gaming settings before you start claiming them.
Chasing losses, playing longer than planned or borrowing money to deposit are warning signs of gambling addiction (hasartmängusõltuvus). EMTA's self-exclusion register (hasartmängukeeld) blocks access to Estonian-licensed gambling for the period you set.
